Categories of data collected
- Account: email address and authentication data via Supabase; passwords are not stored in readable form at the application layer.
- Payments: card identifiers are not processed inside this app. Paid subscriptions are handled via Paddle; checkout, tax invoicing and cancellation may follow Paddle's merchant-of-record flows.
- Uploaded videos: processed to produce analysis outputs; audio and visuals may reach AI processors.
- Analysis outputs: scores, summaries and suggestions may persist in your workspace subject to plan quotas.
- Technical / usage: metering, quotas, resets, operational and security logs.
Paddle and payments
Depending on geography and Paddle configuration, Paddle may act as the merchant of record for tax invoicing portions of your purchase.

- Supabase: authentication and database hosting.
- Google (Gemini and related APIs): AI-based analysis.
- Paddle: payments and subscriptions.
Purposes and lawful bases
- Provide the Service and fulfil our agreement (account, analysis, quotas).
- Collect payments via Paddle flows where applicable.
- Security, fraud prevention and legal compliance.
- Consent-based communications where used.
Retention
Account-linked outputs may be retained while the account stays active unless you ask for deletion via the contact email above. Raw upload retention mirrors infrastructure configuration disclosed on request.
International transfers
Processors may operate globally; we strive to rely on safeguards required by applicable law.
Your rights
Subject to jurisdiction, rights may include access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection or portability—email support@perpl.dev. Complaints may be filed with supervisory authorities.
Security
Reasonable safeguards (encryption in transit, least privilege); no transmission is flawless.
