These Terms of Use govern access to perpl.dev. By using the product you agree below.
The service
We analyze short-form uploads and provide AI-assisted scores, summaries and timestamped coaching tips. Outputs are indicative and not a promise of viral or commercial success.
Accounts & eligibility
You provide accurate credentials. Where applicable you confirm you meet at least age 13, or procure parental / guardian consent required in your jurisdiction.
Your content & quotas
You retain responsibility for uploads being lawful and not infringing privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights of others. Honour plan quotas and technical caps; exceeding them may block processing.
Fees & Paddle
Paid tiers may rely on Paddle. Card vaulting, tax collection, invoicing portions and consumer cancellations can be governed outside this web app. Paddle's checkout terms coexist with—not replace—these disclosures.
Prohibited conduct
- Illegal content; exploitation or endangerment of minors where prohibited;
- hacking, malware or unauthorised infrastructure access,
- infringements of third-party intellectual property or privacy,
- automation aimed at circumventing quotas or falsifying identities.
We may suspend accounts and remove content for violations.
Intellectual property
You keep ownership of your uploads. To operate we receive a revocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process, host transiently where needed, and share with subprocessors strictly for delivering the analysis.
Text outputs are licensed for your ordinary use of perpl.dev; redistribution as a standalone dataset or competing product requires separate consent.
Warranty disclaimer
The service is supplied “as is”. AI artefacts may omit context or hallucinate factual detail.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted, we are not liable for indirect/consequential damages. Where capped, cumulative liability tied to a paying customer may approximate fees paid within the preceding twelve months; free-tier damages follow mandatory minima only.
Indemnity
You indemnify perpl.dev, its affiliates and vendors against claims arising from your misuse or infringing uploads, excluding our wilful misconduct.
Termination
We may suspend operation for breaches. Paddle handles subscription billing disputes per its policies when applicable. See our Privacy Policy for deletion practices.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to non-waivable consumer protections.
